In this process, a contemporary and sensory design approach has been followed, carefully preserving the original elements of the property. Among these elements, the wooden entrance door, the vaults of the floor, the exposed steel beams, and the brick walls stand out, which have been maintained in their natural state or painted in white.
To achieve a harmonious integration between the old and the new, contemporary materials such as glass and steel have been introduced.
Furthermore, the hidden ceramic brick in the existing walls has been showcased, highlighting its aesthetic and architectural value.
Regarding materials, priority has been given to the use of noble materials such as wood and ceramics, which bring warmth and elegance to the space. The electrical installation, visible in galvanized steel, is combined with contemporary lighting using industrial spotlights and retro-contemporary style lamps, creating bright and welcoming atmospheres.

Diverse vegetation has been incorporated to improve indoor air quality and promote a healthy environment for the workers. Additionally, a touch of history and authenticity has been added to the space by including the famous tile designed by Gaudí, found on Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona.
The furniture has been custom-made, crafted with noble materials such as wood and steel, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics for the entire ensemble.
In summary, this project represents the renovation of a studio with an approach that values the preservation of original elements, the introduction of contemporary materials, and the improvement of the indoor environment to promote the health and well-being of its occupants. The combination of the old and the contemporary creates a space that exudes tranquility and elegance, ideal for our creative work and architectural design.
